Our CAD department transforms raw survey data into drawings, terrain models, volume calculations and as-built documentation - backed by control surveys documenting that the finished work stands as designed. We deliver data in exactly the format your systems speak: DANDAS and DanVand for utilities, DSFL, DWG/DXF, LandXML, GML and tailored exports. The final documentation goes the distance - also when it comes to settlement, warranty or proof in a dispute. The documentation is assembled by our CAD consultants and surveying technicians.

Our as-built documentation shows that the finished construction or civil project accurately reflects the work carried out and was built in line with the original plans. It gives the client a clear picture of the project's completion and confidence for future maintenance - and eases handover, both between contractors and to the client.

We prepare a detailed account comparing the work carried out with the original project documents, such as tender descriptions, SAB, TAG and other relevant documents. With 3D scanning and point clouds we document any deviations from the original plans.

After the final account, all relevant documents and data are gathered into complete final documentation. It gives a full overview of the finished project and is a valuable resource for the client in future maintenance, disputes or warranty questions.

With 3D modelling, drone surveys and Pix4D software, our volume calculations give an accurate overview of materials such as soil, concrete, sand and gravel. We update the calculations as the project moves, so resources and materials are tracked and the budget holds - surveyed by drone or traditionally, depending on the job.
The ongoing documentation ensures a correct account of the quantities carried out when the work is paid for, and the reports are shared regularly with clients and other parties so progress can be followed closely.
Yes. We have deep experience producing as-built documentation, setting-out data and machine control data, and we turn the collected coordinates into digital models that the following project stages can build on. We also handle control point networks, static measurement and monitoring.
