How do we get started?

How do I reach the right person?

You can look your contact up on the people page and filter by department - every colleague is listed with a direct phone number and email address. If you are not sure who to speak to, call the main number +45 32 12 51 15 or write to kontakt@hlm.as and we will find the right person.

Where are your offices?

We have seven offices across the country: the head office in Albertslund plus offices in Hillerød, Aarhus, Herning, Aalborg, Vejle and Odense. Addresses and direct contacts are on the contact page, and we take on work anywhere in Denmark whichever office you write to.

Can you receive electronic invoices via GLN (EAN)?

Yes. Our GLN number (formerly called the EAN number) is 5790002390395 and our company registration (CVR) number is 34 73 60 30. Supplier invoices to HLM go to faktura@hlm.as. The terms of sale and delivery that apply to our work are published.

How do I apply for a traineeship or work placement?

The trainee programme is for students on the Danish mapping and surveying technician course, runs for 15 months and comes with a fixed salary, a mentor scheme and a programme tailored with your mentor. Placement applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and you will hear back around a month before the placement starts.
