Maxpartner sells, services and rents out survey equipment and machine control to contractors, surveyors and utility companies - backed by courses and support so the equipment is never the bottleneck. It's the same gear HLM's own people use in the field.

Monitoring & surveillance
The Nordic leader in monitoring of structures, climate and infrastructure. Sensors and automated measurements track movement, settlement and deformation in real time - watched from a control centre 24/7/365, so deviations are caught before they become damage. The natural next step when a build needs following over time.
What does HLM Group mean for your job?
What can De Fakto do that HLM cannot?
De Fakto are consulting chartered surveyors and handle the cadastral work: boundaries, property development, expropriation and land registration, plus utilities and groundwater. That requires a chartered surveyor, which is why the advice sits with them rather than with us.
What does SMT Nordic do?
SMT Nordic specialise in monitoring, data management and modelling, and run their own control centre. They monitor civil works, climate and infrastructure projects, and they are who we deliver monitoring work with when settlement or deformation has to be tracked.
What does Maxpartner do?
Maxpartner handle the sale, servicing and advice on equipment for measurement and data generation. They keep survey equipment up and running - ours included - so an instrument going down on site does not become a delay in the project.
