Accurate measurement with 3D scanning
Our static scanner, the Z+F Imager 5016, stands on a tripod and collects data at millimetre level, so even the smallest details are captured - and in large volumes. Besides the shape of an area or object, the scanner can also capture colour information, making very realistic 3D models possible for everything from visualising a build to detailed planning and analysis.
When speed matters more than the last millimetre, we use SLAM scanning with a CHCNAV RS10. The handheld scanner measures as we walk and is a faster solution, better suited to some purposes - but it is not millimetre-accurate. We choose the scanner to fit the job.
